EKM Responds: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Given the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to provide reassurance that we are still available to support businesses if a worst case scenario were to affect the EKM Team.

With our 80 strong team, we are more than prepared to continue providing the high levels of customer support to our customers in our purpose built offices in Preston. We have the capability and equipment necessary to continue providing outstanding customer service levels, even in the event that UK workers are asked to work from home.

Whilst we do have contingency plans in place, it is very much business as usual for us currently. Our team’s health is a high priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow all government advice.  Businesses who are supported by EKM can rest assured that EKM has the team member levels and resources to support our customers, even if the demand for support were to increase.

Here at EKM we strive to ensure that our customers’ online shops aren’t affected in any circumstance and the current economic climate is no different. Our data centres will ensure that we keep to our high standards of uptime for EKM shops. We will continue to provide customers with high standards of support for our service and continue to help with any queries.
