Free informative and Powerful Ecommerce Contents: Left for 2 months and coming back, things are different now it seems

I used to be able to easily get 100+ likes on Instagram and drive a bunch of traffic to my website, but since I've gotten back it has dropped significantly. Any ideas on how to bring it back? I've run lots of sponsored posts but it's still not at all what it was. I only lost ~200 followers while I was gone, I didn't think it would be that big of an impact.
