A year after speeding up their European growth with a $128 million funding round, Vinted announces that they have officially launched in Italy, bringing second-hand fashion to another European country.
Italy will be the 12th European market to welcome Vinted and is another part of the companies mission to make used clothing the first choice for consumers of fashion around the world. Customers are becoming more aware of the choices they make when purchasing fashion goods and by heightening the importance of buying and selling pre-owned items online safely and efficiently Vinted are feeding into the desirable theme of less waste by more re-use.
The news comes after it was announced by the company via LinkedIn. The official announcement can be read below:

It is an important new milestone to reach our purpose to make second-hand fashion the first choice worldwide, and has been quite an obvious decision for a while now!
