Connect 2020 hosted by ChannelAdvisor

For those of you like me who are missing ChannelAdvisor’s conference for the first time in a decade, there’s good news – Connect 2020, hosted by ChannelAdvisor, is moving online. Connect 2020 will be a digital event running on the 7th and 8th of October and it’s free to attend.

ChannelAdvisor Connect aims to provide brands and retailers access to dynamic speakers, informative breakout sessions, and exclusive networking opportunities. Whether you tune in all day or dip in and out for the sessions you’re most interested in, the one that you won’t want to miss will be ChannelAdvisor CEO David Spitz.

Every year Connect attendees look forward to ChannelAdvisor CEO David Spitz’s analysis of the current state of ecommerce and this year I’m especially looking forward to his annual deep dive into the current state of ecommerce in light of the global pandemic which shows every sign of sticking around for winter in the Northern hemisphere. Ecommerce has changed more in the past six months than the past six years but this is just the beginning – when winter comes ecommerce is likely to see another exponential spike in growth and you’ll want to be prepared.

There are a ton of other sessions you’ll want to attend, varying from how to expand your business at scale, managing data, success on Walmart (who recently rolled out Walmart+ and partnered with Shopify), and a session on growing your Brand on Amazon.

“We’re excited to bring together our customers, network of partners, and industry experts from around the world to ChannelAdvisor Connect. ChannelAdvisor is committed to helping brands and retailers create meaningful connections and take action to help grow their businesses. Connect remains one of the most anticipated e-commerce events of the year, which is why we look forward to sharing resources and expert insights when brands and retailers need them most.”
